Vietnam Goverment offers eVisa for Tourism & Business Purpose. The visa type, visa duration & number of entry depends on nationality of the applicants and fixed. Applicants are advised to obtain Vietnam evisa online before travelling to vietnam. E-Visa process is completly online and no paperwork is required. Once Vietnam e-visa is approved it will be sent via email. Applicants have to carry a printed copy of the approved e-visa letter and passport while travelling. Visa letter will be verified by Vietnam officer at the airport and passport will be stamped.

Documents Required for Vietnam Visa Application

Applying for a Vietnam visa from India is simple and straightforward. To help you prepare smoothly, please keep the following documents ready before submitting your visa request.

1. Passport Scan Copy

  • A clear color scan of your passport’s first and last pages.

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of travel.

  • Ensure the name, passport number, and photo are clearly visible.

2. Recent Passport-Size Photograph

  • White background, size 4×6 cm (approx. 2×2 inches).

  • The photo must be recent (within 6 months).

  • Face should be clearly visible without glasses or headgear.

 3. Flight Ticket (Travel Itinerary)
 

  • A confirmed or tentative flight booking showing entry and exit from Vietnam.

  • Helps verify your travel dates for visa processing.

4. Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof

  • A copy of your hotel reservation or accommodation details in Vietnam.

  • If staying with a friend or relative, include their invitation letter and address.

  • All documents should be in PDF or JPEG format for online submission.

Tourist Visa:

Vietnam ETA is an Electronic Travel Authorization to enter Vietnam for Tourism purpose. Applicants can obtain Vietnam Electronic Travel Visa by completing a simple & easy eVisa application online. Vietnam ETA is valid for 90 Days or 30 Day depending on type of applicaiton selected. Applicants can obtain approved Vietnam ETA in 2-3 days. It is mandatory for passport to be vaild for 6 months from the date of arrival. Please check list of country eligible for Vietnam ETA before applying.

Business Visa:

Vietnam ETA is an Electronic Travel Authorization to enter Vietnam for Tourism purpose. Applicants can obtain Vietnam Electronic Travel Visa by completing a simple & easy eVisa application online. Vietnam ETA is valid for 90 Days or 30 Day depending on type of applicaiton selected. Applicants can obtain approved Vietnam ETA in 2-3 days.
